Recruitment Status:

On the left side of the screen, you’ll see our Recruitment status.

• White - we have minimal needs for recruitment in this class. Just because we have a minimal need, does not mean we won’t consider your application



• Yellow - we have moderate needs for recruitment in this class.



• Red - we have a high need for recruitment in this class.



• We are always recruting players of exceptional skill, so even if you do not seen an active recruitment need, and think that you would fit with the Guild, please fill out an application

Becoming a Raiding Member of Eastern Raiders:

We’re looking for quality in our players, not just quantity – so we have a few steps in the application process.

1. Complete an application



2. The officers will review your application and determine if you might be a fit for the Guild



3. One, or several, of the officers will add you to their friends list so that we can run a heroic dungeon with you – we’re looking at play-style and your ability to fit with the Guild.



4. Any comments or concerns from the Dungeon run will be added to the notes on your application.



5. You’ll be asked to interview with your class Mentor (MentER in ER terms) to get his or her opinion on your ability to play your class / spec.



6. The class Mentor will let the Officers know his or her opinion of your class skills.



7. You’ll be notified of the decision of your application

After much heartache and tears, we finally managed to kill the Spine of Deathwing in only a handful of pulls. We had to also do a quick roster change mid attempts, cause Kiriy is a poop and bailed! Thanks to Errista who helped us out in getting the boss down. As well as thanks to everyone that wasnt able to be in for the kill!

Running behind on my duty as Progression Poster. After 3 weeks of strat changes and pounding our heads aganist the wall, we finally got Blackhorn. All it took was 2 healing it...which in itself is hard enough. Anyway...on to Spine, which we hope to have down soon.

Finally a real challenge...sorta, this boss gave us a few issues. Apparently clicking a button is serious business. After about an hour of solid attempts and some grueling 1-2% wipes we killed off Deathwings greatest experiment. No Screenshot...cause we weren't gonna chase a boss to the bottom of Wyrmrest to get it, either way great job everyone. Lets do Gunship 2.0 now and get us some nice loot.

Who knew that a game of ping pong would help us kill a boss. A boss that like to use tenticles and blakc blood to kill us...thats beside the point. Another boss down by the hands of ER. We really need a challenge...
